Responsibilities:

Develop robust and scalable web applications using .NET MVC and .NET Core frameworks.
Design, code, test, debug, and document software according to project requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or QA testers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices.
Contribute to architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience developing web applications using .NET MVC and .NET Core.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
Microsoft certification in .NET development is desirable but not required.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

3-4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello is preferred.
Knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools such as Figma or Visio.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus but not required.
