BeeKee acts as a bridge between professionals for the user’s home with in the community.
Homeowners in a locality require smooth and easy access to a multitude of services. From home maintenance to selling, buying, leasing, and everything else, they need to connect with the right people on-time.
BeeKee is established to bring efficiency to the house owners and residents. It seeks to develop a community and nurture it to develop better relations amongst each other. So their home service mobile application development must target the homeowners, the service professionals, and the real estate brokers.
Either a homeowner wants to call a plumber for help, or a person wants to sell his home or even buy a new one. The main focus was to provide the users with a smart and intuitive service that allowed them to search for a pre-vetted and authentic professional and get in touch and get quotes from the interested individuals at once. Furthermore, the founders want to give their users a way to find everything that is going on in the house in one place.
At times, the homeowners skip to replace the broken fence or call the HVAC servicing guys before the season. So, the application must help them remind of these trivial yet essential chores of the house.
As one of the best on-demand home services app, it must also allow the users to share their location with the servicemen. For house rent, lease or sale, it should give them a dedicated portal to create a profile for their house, add photos and information about the house.

Challenges & Solutions
One of the key challenges that we faced was creating a critical proof of concept. The level of research and development required by a community-based project like BeeKee is both complex and huge.
We were looking to provide a solution to almost every person because the client’s solution solved every homeowner, tenant, landlord, and real estate agent.
So, we required concrete proof that such a solution will get due attention.
Moving on, we had to spend some time identifying the key technologies for the project. We did not want our clients to miss out on Android or iOS phone users. So, we spent some time identifying the functional aspects of development while ensuring complete technological understanding and leveraging the best.
